We we are a family-run Italian restaurant on Center Street in Historic Lewiston, we pride ourselves on our warm welcoming atmosphere and authentic homemade dishes originating from many regions of Italy. Our experienced chefs specialize in both southern and northern Italian cuisine. Chef Calogero Soldano prepares fresh italian cuisine daily including riceballs, antipasti, delicious pizzas. We offer an extensive wine list with selections from Italy & choice vineyards around the world. When weather permits enjoy dining al fresco on our beautiful outdoor patio.

APPETIZERS
Arancini (Rice Balls)
Two arborio rice balls stuffed, breaded and fried . One with spinach in a creamy three cheese sauce. The other with a mixture of ground beef, veal and pork, peas and mozzarella in our pomodoro sauce.
Calamari Misto
Lightly floured and fried calamari topped with zucchini and shrimp, served with our pomodoro sauce.
Zuppa di Clams
Steamed clams in a garlic red marinara or lemon sauce.
Pepperoni Caldi Ripieni (Banana Peppers)
Banana peppers stuffed with genova salami and pecorino cheese, topped with our three cheese cream sauce.

Gnocchi Pasta al Pesto
Homemade potato gnocchi with creamy basil pesto sauce with sun-dried tomatoes.
Sicilian Carbonara
Sautéed mushrooms, peas, prosciutto and guanciale in a creamy pecorino egg yolk sauce over spaghetti.
Pappardelle Bolognese
Homemade pappardelle pasta topped with our classic slow braised pork, beef and veal bolognese sauce.
Penne Amatriciana
Penne pasta served in a tangy garlic San Marzano tomato sauce with pecorino romano cheese, onions and sautéed guanciale.
Penne Vodka
Penne pasta in a prosciutto vodka cream sauce, garnished with basil and parmigiana cheese.
ENTREES
Ossobuco di Vitello
Slow braised veal shank served over creamy risotto topped with sautéed porcini mushrooms and asparagus.
Pollo Sorrentino
Sautéed chicken layered with eggplant, prosciutto, mozzarella, and sun-dried tomatoes in a delicate marsala wine tomato sauce topped with roman artichokes, mushrooms and asparagus spears.
Pollo Arrosto con Salsiccia
Pan seared and slow cooked chicken with sautéed artichokes, bell peppers, sausage, roasted potatoes and mushrooms in a rosemary fennel red wine sauce.
Braised Short Rib
Braised short rib served over creamy polenta in a San Marzano tomato and red wine reduction.
Melanzane alla Parmigiana
Breaded and pan fried eggplant slices, stacked and baked with melted mozzarella cheese over penne pasta.

Cool little restaurant. If you looking for a non franchise restaurant with great food great service, great atmosphere, check out Casa Antica. With nice menu options there is something for everyone. I ordered the pasta dish with vodka sauce and steak.. it was delicious

It’s been a while since we’ve been to Casa Antica solely due to its distance from our home. This evening’s meal was a wonderful reminder as to why we need to come back more often. The food was so flavorful and delicious. Our server was personable, quick, and responsive to our every need. It was a busy summer Friday evening, but as a table of two, we weren’t effected. One of the things that we discussed at our table was how every server and busser was in constant motion with purpose. No one stood around. I cannot say enough about the delicious food and excellent service. We’ve already planned our next visit with family.

This is by far my favorite choice of restaurants while in Lewiston. Outstanding service, food, great wine selection, clean and beer relaxed environment. Their Bread to so yummy. They got excellent red sauce, a really nice bar and our waitress was amazing. A+ 5 out of 5 service, food and quality.
