Cool little restaurant. If you looking for a non franchise restaurant with great food great service, great atmosphere, check out Casa Antica. With nice menu options there is something for everyone. I ordered the pasta dish with vodka sauce and steak.. it was delicious

It’s been a while since we’ve been to Casa Antica solely due to its distance from our home. This evening’s meal was a wonderful reminder as to why we need to come back more often. The food was so flavorful and delicious. Our server was personable, quick, and responsive to our every need. It was a busy summer Friday evening, but as a table of two, we weren’t effected. One of the things that we discussed at our table was how every server and busser was in constant motion with purpose. No one stood around. I cannot say enough about the delicious food and excellent service. We’ve already planned our next visit with family.

This is by far my favorite choice of restaurants while in Lewiston. Outstanding service, food, great wine selection, clean and beer relaxed environment. Their Bread to so yummy. They got excellent red sauce, a really nice bar and our waitress was amazing. A+ 5 out of 5 service, food and quality.
