We we are a family-run Italian restaurant on Center Street in Historic Lewiston, we pride ourselves on our warm welcoming atmosphere and authentic homemade dishes originating from many regions of Italy. Our experienced chefs specialize in both southern and northern Italian cuisine. Chef Calogero Soldano prepares fresh italian cuisine daily including riceballs, antipasti, delicious pizzas. Arancini (Rice Balls)
Two arborio rice balls stuffed, breaded and fried . One with spinach in a cream sauce, the other with ground beef, peas and mozzarella in our pomodoro sauce.
Calamari Fritti
Lightly floured and fried calamari topped with fresh cut zucchini, served with our pomodoro sauce.
Fried Goat Cheese
Goat cheese lightly breaded and pan-fried, served over a bed of arugula with a balsamic glaze drizzle.
Pepperoni Caldi Ripieni (Banana Peppers)
Banana peppers stuffed with genova salami and pecorino cheese, topped with our three cheese cream sauce.
Burrata Caprese
Fresh Buratta filled with creamy stracciatella, vine ripe tomatoes, and basil, drizzled with EVOO and balsamic vinegar.

Rigatoni Vodka
Homemade rigatoni pasta in a prosciutto vodka cream sauce garnished with basil and parmigiana cheese.
Gnocchi Pasta al Pesto
Homemade potato gnocchi with creamy basil pesto sauce with sun-dried tomatoes.
Pappardelle Bolognese
Homemade pappardelle pasta topped with our classic slow braised pork, beef, and veal bolognese sauce.
Sicilian Carbonara
Sautéed mushrooms, peas, prosciutto and pancetta in a creamy pecorino egg yolk sauce served over spaghetti.
Ravioli con Aragosta
Lobster raviolis sautéed in a Gorgonzola cream sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, sweet peas, mushrooms and fresh herbs. Topped with a lobster tail and jumbo shrimp.
ENTREES
Triple Mushroom Truffle Risotto
Sauteed porcini, portabella and chanterelle mushrooms over our homemade creamy risotto topped with Italian truffle olive oil.
Pollo Sorrentino
Sautéed chicken layered with eggplant, prosciutto, mozzarella, and sun-dried tomatoes in a delicate marsala wine tomato sauce topped with roman artichokes, mushrooms and asparagus spears.
Chicken Parmigiana
Chicken cutlet, breaded and pan fried topped with house pomodoro sauce and melted mozzarella cheese. Complimented with homemade penne pasta.
Chicken Milanese
Lightly breaded chicken cutlet served with a cucumber, tomato and red onion salad with our house vinaigrette.
Filetto Di Manzo alla Griglia
10 oz grilled tenderloin with sautéed mushrooms, onions and bell peppers in a 15 year aged balsamic reduction served with truffle parmigiana mashed potatoes.

Cool little restaurant. If you looking for a non franchise restaurant with great food great service, great atmosphere, check out Casa Antica. With nice menu options there is something for everyone. I ordered the pasta dish with vodka sauce and steak.. it was delicious

It’s been a while since we’ve been to Casa Antica solely due to its distance from our home. This evening’s meal was a wonderful reminder as to why we need to come back more often. The food was so flavorful and delicious. Our server was personable, quick, and responsive to our every need. It was a busy summer Friday evening, but as a table of two, we weren’t effected. One of the things that we discussed at our table was how every server and busser was in constant motion with purpose. No one stood around. I cannot say enough about the delicious food and excellent service. We’ve already planned our next visit with family.

This is by far my favorite choice of restaurants while in Lewiston. Outstanding service, food, great wine selection, clean and beer relaxed environment. Their Bread to so yummy. They got excellent red sauce, a really nice bar and our waitress was amazing. A+ 5 out of 5 service, food and quality.
